Today we are working on finding a heavy set of 3 reps.

Work slowly up to your final working weight.

A sample of a warm-up rep scheme:

5 reps @ 55%

5 reps @ 65 %

4 reps @ 75 %

4 reps @ 85%

3 reps @ 95%

3 reps @ 100%
