To clarify, you will complete 5 reps of bench press, rest 20 seconds, then complete a 2min AMRAP of HSPU and rest 3min. This will be considered 1 round.

-Scale Strict Pullups with Bent over rows at heavy weight.
-Scale CTB and Regular pull-ups with jumping pull-ups. MUST STILL DO CTB.
-Scale Doubleunders with attempts
