We are set for the Body Fat Challenge.
The turnout has been great!! If you have not paid yet please do so as soon as possible. We want to make sure that everyone is committed and ready to do their best for the next 6 weeks.
With that in mind we want everyone in the competition to post their plan for the BFC. Post what you are going to do differently with diet and exercise in order to achieve YOUR goals. If you need help putting a plan together please see Wes, Bruce or any of the coaches and we would be more than happy to help.
Here’s an example of the type of plan we are looking for.
Crossfit 5X per week.
Trail or Track running 2X per week.
Eliminate bread, pasta, and chocolate from my diet.
It could be that simple, or you could go into great detail. It’s up to you just post your plan so Bruce and I can hold you accountable!!
