30 Burpee Muscleups (Time)

If you are unable to perform muscleups you will do the following:
For time:
30 Burpee Muscleups

You will do one burpee then jump onto the rings and perform a muscleup. This will constitute as one rep.


Burpee pullups (Time)

Scale pullups with jumping pullups
For time:
30 rds.
1 burpee
3 pullups
