Today is the last day of out two week testing phase. It does NOT mean we are done testing for this cycle, it simply means what are training looks like on a day to day basis will change slightly. Remember the workouts you struggled with the most. These are the ones you must be sure to hit that much harder moving forward. DO NOT SKIP YOUR WEAKNESSES OR THEY WILL ALWAYS BE YOUR WEAKNESSES.
