None of us are perfect. Now is the time to fix that. Spend twenty minute on something you hate/perform poorly on. If you don’t know what to work on ask a coach before the clock starts, I bet they’ll have something for you. This should be a skill of some sort. For instance, we don’t want people maxing out in dead lift because they think their numbers aren’t high enough.
