Push Jerk (Pushjerk 5RM NO SPLIT ALLOWED)


Odd and Even (20 Rounds for reps)

With a 20min running clock
Even minutes 10 Pushpress @135lb.
Odd minutes 10 KBS 2/1.5pd

If you DNF a minute sit out the next minute and then join back in.
Scale by weight and lowering time to 14min.

Put a 1 for each round you complete and a 0 for each round you DNF.
