Run Push (5 Rounds for reps)

5 rounds of:
in 3min
Run 400m
AMRAP Pushups
rest 3min between rounds
In 3 minutes you will run 400m and then do pushups for the remainder of the time. You score is your number of pushups
(That makes this exactly a 30min workout.
