Much like our Summer Strength for Students program, this program encompass all the aspects of CrossFit and Power/Olympic lifts that allow for increased athletic performance.
This class will of course teach technique, form and mechanics with a priority on safety in order to create a more efficient class experience. Once a student is able to move effectively, constant healthy growth will be realized. It would be similar to teaching an athlete to throw, pass, shoot or kick correctly. It takes time and in the long run creates better performance.
Class will be held 5 days a week M-F at 5:00pm

Monthly membership (starts on the date you pick and goes for 30 days)
