Coach’s Choice (No Measure)

Front Level practice (Front level holds as long as possible EMOM 15min)

Work through the progression coach gives you. There is no score, simply make notes of what variation you did.
If you can not do the front levers, use the bands to do 4 sets of 15 banded pulldowns(straight arm)


The 1 Mile Swing (AMRAP – Reps)

In 10min complete:
1mile Run
KBS 1.5/1pd AMRAP in remaning time
RX+ Uses 2/1.5pd
