Today I reached a goal I have been working on for almost 2 years. I met my goal weight after almost two LONG years!!! The picture on the right was me at my heaviest and at my starting weight of 210 lbs. Today I weighed in at 145. 65 pounds are GONE!!!! YAY!!!!!! I started taking crossfit in August 2015 and after 6 months into crossfit I had lost weight but had not changed my diet, so when I got stuck at 160 I changed my diet to count macros and all the hard work has paid off!!! No it hasn’t been easy and yes I get my butt kicked 5 days a week, but it is sooooooo worth it!!!! Thanks to everyone who has helped me along this journey the Crossfit Garage, all the coaches who have put up with me, and to all my Swolemates who have pushed me along the way I love and appreciate you all. Now on to toning and maintaining!!!!
