Skill – Clean & Jerk

Strength – 10 minutes to work up to max Clean & Jerk

WOD – Death By Clean & Jerk

Take 65% of your C&J and perform 1 rep for minute 1, 2 reps for minute 2, 3 reps for minute 3… until you fail.

You may clean or power clean the weight.
