“What do you eat before your workout (& which class do you go to?)”?


This is very different based on the time of your workout which is the main reason for the question.  I go to the 7:15 class (wake up at 6:15).  In that time, I can’t really have a huge meal or it will end up on your gym floor.  At the same time lately I feel less and less energy during the WOD’s.


Searching online I get all kinds of answers but mainly something 2-3 hours beforehand in preparation of the workout which doesn’t help the early-birds…I wonder what Paul and other super starts do?
