Compare yourself to the competitors in the Crossfit Northeast Qualifer.  Scale as needed.

Competitors in the Northeast Qualifier did these 2 WOD’s in the same day.  WOD one was completed in the morning and WOD 2 was completed in the early afternoon.  Anyone who wants to do WOD 1 at one of the morning classes and complete WOD 2 at the 7:30 evening class is welcome!!!

The final Northeast Qualifier WOD will show up Saturday so be sure to make it in sometime over the weekend to test yourself.
