Warm-Up:  Fanny Whackers, Frankensteins, walking lunge, over/under the fence, 10 each of : burpees, GHD sits, good mornings

Skill:  Dead-Lift

Strength:  Dead-Lift   3-2-1-1


5 Rounds

1 Minute of maximum push-ups, followed immediately by 1 minute of maximum squats.
Break the push-ups and squats into as many sets as needed.  Rest precisely 2 minutes between each round.

Post total per round, as well as final tally to comments.
