Warm-up: Run 400m, Burgener Warm-up

Strength:  Snatch – 10 minutes to work up to 1 RM, Then perform 3 singles with 90% of your 1RM.  Rest 1 minute between each effort.

WOD:

7 Rounds

1 minute Max rep Double unders

Rest 30 Seconds

1 minute Max KB swings 1.5 pood, 1 pood

Rest 30 Seconds

Post weight and total reps of Double unders and Kb swings to comments.
