I have hijacked the gym for a week, there will be no strength bias days, because this is strength bias week. THe WOD’s will tax all of your metabolic pathways, but they will all be heavy; you will recognize some of the WOD’s, but you will have never seen some of the others. Remember, don’t count these burpees towards your challenge! If you want to know what day we are on, just check Donovan’s post, he’ll put it up soon.
