Warm Up: Run 400m, Burgener Warm-up, 3 sets 3 Position clean w/ bar.

Strength: Clean – Work up to a 90% max with perfect form.  Then perform 2 additional reps at that load.


5 Rounds for time:

5 Deadlifts – 75% 1RM

5 Rounds of Cindy

Time Domain:  20-25 minutes.  – Scale # of rounds of Cindy as needed to stay in time domain.
