WOD – Saturday, September 3, 2011

We are asking each and every one of you to sign up to do this WOD and to donate to the 31 Heroes Fund.  The donation of $31 will get you a T-shirt but all proceeds go to the Navy Seal Foundation – you REGISTER HERE and then all you need to do is show up for class on Saturday between 10am and Noon (closed promptly at noon) or Sunday at 4PM!!


AMRAP 31 Min (As Many Reps As Possible)
8 Thrusters (155/105)
6 Rope Climbs (15 ft. ascent)
11 Box Jumps (30/24)

This is a Partner WOD – Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 400m with a sandbag (45/25). Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will grab the sandbag and begin their 400m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.

Score – Total # of reps

(We sent all of our sandbags off to Memphis with The Garage Games traveling event – so you will wear a weighted vest for the run).

Get to class, and partner up.  Look for weekend posts for other times to WOD, and we will be doing this WOD on Sunday as well!

Monday – Labor Day – the gym will be CLOSED except for a 9am class – TEAM WOD!!!
