**Rest Day**

Next Saturday, September 13 – Burst Training Seminar  – 8:30am

Burst Training is a term that has been used to describe high intensity short burst exercise.  We simply call it CrossFit in our world.  This workshop will provide some details as to how high intensity exercise done over short lengths (5-20 minutes), has a much better impact on ones overall fitness than 60-90 minutes on a treadmill. 

Workshop will be concluded with a six minute workout, open to the public, FREE to all. Email to reserve a space.
