multiply the number you see in front of the event by the number of people on your team
50 Box Jumps/steps 2oinch box (one box per team)
100 push ups ( if you cant do a toe push up then do Knee pushups at no penalty, be honest)
60 38# SDHP (Ladies, if you cant SDHP 38# get a 12#wallball and count 1 for every 3)
50 Wall-Ball (12# ladies / 20#men – to their respective marks)
One person working at a time, but someone working all the time.
Do these in any order you want.Â just make sure you do this many of these exercises, it doesn’t matter how or in what order.Â You can even change the motion if its harder.Â Ex make a PP into an SP and add a person at each end of the bar.Â but you cant make a PP into a PJ as that is easier to do.
someone MUST always be working out.Â If you are caught not working you will be slapped with a 2min penalty each time.Â If you have to pause for breath, then switch with someone.
in each class create 2 teams at a minimum.Â Try to put 3 people on each team.Â If you have extra folks either create 1 larger or smaller team.
