Push Jerk 4×3-5

Same rules as with push press for weight. If you make 5, go up, if you make 3-4 stay, if you make less than 3, go down.


800m Run

30 Snatch 95/65

30 Squats 95/65

30 Pushups (holding onto bar)

400m Run


– 20 min cap

– You may not use a rack

– You must hold on to the loaded barbell with feet on the ground for pushups

– Chest must touch bar on pushups




The masked trainer. Waiting in the wings, barefooted, ready to hand out no reps and burpees to the deserving.
