Muscleups (3 for men, 2 for women)
30 Wallballs (20# for men, 12# for women)

Eric does Grace (3:41) with squat cleans, knees weaken, overhead weakens.   A common mistake when cleaning for speed is evident, which is a lack of reaching full extension before dropping under the bar.

Last year Jason Khalipa performed “Heavy Grace” (155#) in 2:46, beating the next closest competitor by over 1 minute.  Eric completed this WOD after running a 20:47 5k, which might be the equivalent of how fatigued one would be following another WOD at the games.
