Team WOD 3

multiply the number you see in front of the event by the number of people on your team

2 400m run (rule change… you can do the run at any time even while someone else is working but only 1 runner at a time)

200 single jump ropes

60 35# KB swings

100 squats


One person working at a time, except on the run.  On the run you can send someone out at any time but no more than 1 runner at a time.  Ex. 3 person team. 2 folks are alternating at KB’s while 3rd is running etc

Do these in any order you want.  just make sure you do this many of these exercises, it doesn’t matter how or in what order.

but someone MUST always be working out.  If you are caught not working you will be slapped with a 2min penalty each time.  If you have to pause for breath, then switch with someone.

in each class create 2 teams at a minimum.  Try to put 3 people on each team.  If you have extra folks either create 1 larger or smaller team.
