WOD3 –

10min of

100 x situp, 100 x pushup, 100 x squats (done in any order)

then as many DU till time runs out

Standards – Video

Situps – unanchord, feet on the floor, elbows touch knees,

to shoulder blades on the ground. you can use an abmat ofcourse, hands can be wherever you like

Pushups – flash (flash means while at the bottom of the pushup lift your hands off the ground)

at the bottom to fully up right arms straight, no worm or thigh rollling

Squats – hip crease below the knee at the bottom, to fully up right at the top

Done in any order – you can do all 100 in a row or break it up into sets. but you must

do 100 of each before moving on

*RX and OPEN do the same thing
